Our client, a leading expert in the Beauty and Skincare industry, requires a first class EA to assist with all areas of her busy life including both the clinic and product side of the business as well as providing personal support to her and her partner.
This is a busy and varied role which requires someone super efficient with meticulous attention to detail and a pro-active and entrepreneurial approach.
You will be the Founders right hand person and a key member of a small but incredibly busy team, always flexible to provide support wherever needed and reactive in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
The successful candidate will be dynamic, ambitious and switched on with a real ‘can do’ attitude and will have solid experience in a similar EA role ideally from a creative environment such as Beauty, Wellness or Fashion although this is not essential.
Hours: Full time with out of hours support when required
Location: Central London (work from home on Wednesday)
Start Date: Mid March

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Business:
- Complex Diary Management including intricate planning, travel and clinic appointments
- Action / respond to emails as per Founders request
- Gatekeeper to internal / external requests
- Prepare meeting agendas, attending relevant meetings and take notes
- Chair weekly Executive meeting and take minutes
- Create and manage online filing systems
- Research and help with development / management of projects
- Liaise with VIP contacts for clinic treatments (with confidentiality and discretion at all times)
- Manage daily interactions with office staff Manage meeting rooms, post and external calls
- Meet and greet visitors
- Attend events, take photographs for social / marketing
- Support Marketing / PR / Special Projects teams
- Manage invoices and liaise with accountants
- Booking restaurants / meeting places
Personal:
- Arrange all personal appointments
- Property and Car Management
- Gifting and personal errands
HR:
- Screen candidates and arrange interviews
- New starter set up and leaver reviews
- Management of HR Online System including salaries adjustments
- Ad hoc HR issues/queries
Candidates must be / have:
- 3+ years proven experience in a similar EA role
- Experience in a creative environment such as Beauty, Wellness or Fashion desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong IT skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail First class Time Management
- Confidential, trustworthy and discreet at all times
- Positive, personable and confident with clients
- Comfortable around dogs
