As Executive Assistant, you will be providing administrative support and contributing to the smooth functioning of the sales department. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual who is eager to learn, grow, and be an integral part of a successful, growing business.
The Role:
- Efficiently manage the Sales Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and actioned
- Diligently maintain databases and records
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation and other logistics for the Sales Director's business trips.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide additional support to the sales team and other departments, preparing quotations, answering calls and handling enquired as necessary.

- Salary of up to 27,000 (dependent on relevant experience)
- Working hours of Monday to Friday 8-4.30
