Trinity Academy Leeds (TAL) is an exceptional new school serving an incredible cohort of students on the edge of a vibrant and exciting city. We are now seeking an EAL Co-ordinator to join our founding staff team. As an EAL Co-ordinator you will complement the work of the teaching team, undertaking a specialist role to meet the specific needs of individual students and supporting the curriculum content and learning activities for our EAL students.
The successful candidate will be well supported through effective leadership and systems in a high performing MAT, an excellent CPD package, and the opportunity to progress as the school and the MAT continue to grow.
What we need?
- Educated to A-level standard with GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or better, in English and Maths
- Experience of working / supporting individuals (paid or voluntarilty) who have English as an additional language
- Basic experience of planning, either for lessons or for extra-curricular activities
