The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license and be available to work two days per week, specifically Mondays and Saturdays. Additionally, the candidate must be flexible to provide holiday cover as required. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment with a focus on driving responsibilities.

Hours: 1am - 9am

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or personnel to designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure a safe driving experience for all passengers and pedestrians.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned vehicle, including regular interior and exterior cleaning.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate schedules, pickups, and deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver preferred, but not required.
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work additional hours or cover holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and loading/unloading cargo if required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
