Early Career Teacher

 
Smile Education Northwest have an exciting opportunity available for an ECT or Graduate awaiting QTS starting from April 2024.
We have an excellent full-time role available for either an ECT or graduate awaiting their QTS. The successful applicant will be working across a mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class, providing intervention support on both a small group and 1:1 basis. The successful applicant does not need QTS. However, this role is ideal for an ECT looking to further their pedagogy before taking on their induction. Or a graduate awaiting QTS and looking for some extra classroom-based practice before going into their first year of teaching.
This is a busy and diverse primary setting in south Manchester, within proximity to Levenshulme, Burnage, Reddish and Longsight. The expected salary range for this role is from £140- 170 per day, depending on experience. 
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to already have or be awaiting QTS. This role is ideal for anyone with teaching experience looking for something a little different before heading into the summer holidays.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
-        Be and ECT or a graduate awaiting QTS
-        Confident in your approach to delivering pre-planned lesson content
-        A positive attitude to help students working towards standardised tests
