I am looking for motivated and passionate ECT’s just like you to be a part of our schools!

The Early Career Teacher (ECT) will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students. They will work closely with other teachers, mentors, and school leaders to develop their teaching skills and support their professional development. The Early Career Teacher (ECT) will also contribute to the school's wider community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Setting and planning lessons
• Supporting students with their learning, social and mental development
• Academic credentials and genuine teaching ability with personality, an adaptable style, energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility,
• Able to meet all children’s need with various learning ability
• Communication skills written and verbal
• Ongoing commitment to all children and discussing children’s progress with parents
• DBS on the update service (or willing to undertake one with Reed)

Requirements

• Good quality of written and verbal communication
• Ability to implement school policies and procedures
• Teacher Qualifications (QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST etc.)
• Enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage the students
• Proven track record of planning and assessing lessons to ensure progress is made by students
• Positive and proven behaviour management strategies
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (We can support you to get this)
