Are you deeply passionate about early career programmes, committed to nurturing the development of emerging talent? If you find genuine enthusiasm in guiding graduates and apprentices through the initial stages of their professional journeys, we are excited to present you with this opportunity.
We are currently looking for an Early Careers Specialist to join our award-winning Emerging Talent Team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing our comprehensive Emerging Talent Programmes, including the management of solicitors' training contracts, legal apprenticeships, and business professional apprenticeships.
As the primary point of contact within the People Team, you will offer valuable guidance to our emerging talents, handle department allocations, oversee performance reviews, coordinate training initiatives, and skilfully navigate any challenges that may arise.
An exciting aspect of this role involves continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and improve the experience of our emerging talents with us. Utilising employee feedback, research, and data to inform decision-making will be a key part of this role.
To thrive in this position, we are seeking an individual with a background in Early Careers programmes, together with impeccable communication and organizational skills. The role will need you to be proactive and have a forward-thinking mindset. Our ideal candidate should excel at managing conflicting demands and possess the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
