Job Description
Salary: GBP32,076 - GBP33,945, per annum, pro rata
Hours per week: (25 hours and 16 minutes)

Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) - Transforming Young Lives
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our MASH team, who work together to ensure a timely consistent, response to all contacts to provide the best outcomes for Wiltshire's children and young people.
As an Early Help Advisor, you will be working closely with colleagues to provide advice and signpost professionals alongside families to appropriate resources as required. This involves providing guidance and support regarding Early Help services, including ESA and SARF.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable operating in a multi-agency environment. A good operational understanding of children's services coupled with experience of direct front-line work with children, young people and families will be essential. Flexibility is key in this role, requiring you to be responsive to daily competing demands and to be proficient at prioritizing workloads accordingly.
