The Early Intervention and Prevention Team are looking to recruit two full time Early Help Coordinators. One post is permanent and one post is temporary until 31st March 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills and knowledge and help embed the Early Help Strategy across Doncaster.
The roles involve working across the Partnership to support settings and schools with the Early Help offer, assisting with completion of Early Help Assessments, supporting at Team Around the Family meetings, role modelling good practice and delivering training to Lead Practitioners.
