Oakleaf Partnerships are representing a global insurance company based in London who are recruiting an Early Legal Careers Assistant to join a distinctive London-based law firm.

About the role

You will serve as the primary contact for all Early Legal Careers related enquiries in addition to overseeing the firm’s assessment days and the review process for trainee solicitors and executives. The Early Legal Careers assistant will also manage and coordinate established programmes and activities within the early career’s assistant team.

Candidate profile/experience

– Proven organisational prowess and the ability to work accurately under pressure
– Demonstrated initiative and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Prior experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable
– Experience in a talent acquisition role or office experience post-graduation would be advantageous
