Program Overview:


The Eaton Engineering & Technology Early TalentLeadership Development Program is a two-year program that involves two unique, 12-month assignments across different businesses and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in the Engineering area. The main job role will be in the team working on Components for Aerospace Fuel & Inerting Systems.


  • This position will start in Eaton’s Aerospace business group, in the Fuel Motion & Controls division in a manufacturing plant in Titchfield, UK.
  • The program is planned to start beginning of September 2024.


After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within the engineering function.


Required Qualifications:


  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2024
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (min 1 year max 3 years of experience)
  • Some aerospace product knowledge is a plus
  • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within the university or community
  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region after the first year
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus
