Position Overview: As an EYE, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. Your Level 6 qualification or Early Year Educator (EYE) certification, coupled with your passion for early education, will be instrumental in delivering outstanding care and education to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
• Cultivate an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all children.
• Assess and monitor children's development and progress.
• Foster positive partnerships with parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Level 6 qualification or certified as an EYE.
• Genuine dedication to working with young children.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work across private and mainstream school settings.
• Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
