Early Years Assistant (Disability Services)

Early Years – the organisation for youngchildren wish to recruit an Early Years Assistant (Disability Services) towork in Newry Early Years Children and Family Centre.

The postholder will:

• ensure children attending the Daycare setting have the best start in life by providing a safe, welcoming, high quality, inclusive early education environment, for children from 2 years old to 12 years old.

• work in partnership with families to promote and facilitate positive parenting and the enhancement of the role of parents as first educators.

• innovatively support and extend play experiences to ensure early outcomes are achieved.
