The Role:
As an Early Years Educator, you will provide exceptional care and education to meet every childs requirement while strictly following company protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and assist children consistently throughout the day.
* Sustain a safe and supportive environment for children.
* Undertake key person responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all children.
* Maintain standards of health, safety, and cleanliness.
* Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as an Early Years Educator or in a similar role.
* Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
* Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Familiarity with safeguarding procedures.
