Your Role: As a Level III Early Years Educator with SEN experience, your responsibilities will include:
? Supporting the development and implementation of tailored learning plans for children with SEN. ? Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs. ? Collaborating with our passionate team to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. ? Monitoring and assessing children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed. ? Building positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and external specialists involved in a child's development. ? Contributing to the overall success and growth of our Early Years program.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
?? A Level III Early Years Educator qualification. ?? A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN). ??
