Early Years Practioner - The Primary School:
We're working with a primary school in Greenwich that are seeking to hire an Early Years practitioner to join their lovely and friendly school as soon as possible.
As an early year's practitioner, you will be supporting children within the nursery and/or reception class. This role is ideal for a teaching assistant who has a real passion for working within education.
The school can provide enthusiastic pupils, a well-resourced environment & opportunities for professional development.
If you have worked within a primary school, have a CACHE Level 3 and supported within a nursery, you're highly encouraged to apply for this position.
As an Early Years Teaching Practioner you must have:
- Experience working within EYFS
- Level 3 CACHE
- Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- A passion to work within education
- Be committed to promoting high standards in learning
Main Responsibilities of an Early Years Practioner:
- Supporting children in the Nursery or Reception class
- Working alongside the class teacher
- Working with small groups of children
- Carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing Sessions
- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are met
Early Years Practioner - Additional information:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 4:00pm
- January 2024 start
- 77 - 100 per a day (PAYE)
