Early Years Practitioner (all experience levels considered)

Our Coombe Dingle setting is rated Outstanding with Ofsted and is situated within beautiful grounds in a lovely historic building. We really take care of our environments too, we are very well resourced and our parents tell us what an amazing place Red Bus is for their children.
Our Practitioners strive to be great at their job, whether they have just qualified, qualified some time ago and want to get back into childcare, or if they have solid experience already as a Practitioner. Supported in their age group by their own room management team, our teams work very closely together, supporting each other, feeling valued and working in very positive and happy teams.
We have positions for the following : Level 2 Practitioner
Level 3 Practitioner
We also very much value candidates with higher qualifications (eg graduate) and those who already hold a recognised Forest School qualification or a SEND Level 3. We pay a premium for these qualifications (additional GBP1000 per year for a full time position higher than advertised pay)
For those with a minimum Level 3 in Early Years we have Lead Practitioners who are part of the room management team, and are role models for the rest of the team. They display excellent practice within the room but also have their own management duties under the direction of the Room Manager. They often excel in their own areas of expertise too and we have room 'Champions' for this in area such as SEN, Outdoor Play and others. We also support staff to gain further qualifications.

The details :
Full time positions, 40 hours per week over 4.5 days a week.
