Nursery: Bright Horizons Hinxton Crocus Day Nursery and Preschool
Job Type: Perm Part Time 20 Hours
Salary: GBP24,727+ per annum FTE (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Bright Horizons Hinxton are looking for a level 3 or above qualified Early Years Practitioner to support their fantastic team.
At Bright Horizons Hinxton we are very proud of our 'GOOD' Ofsted rating which is reflected by the quality of our staff and resources'. Each well-equipped room has access to an enclosed garden area, and children also benefit from a secure woodland area that they can explore.
This position offers a free shuttle bus at various times throughout the day via the campus to/from Saffron Walden and Cambridge. The Role also offers a reduced Gym membership at GBP5 per month.

What you'll be doing
Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
What we're looking for
Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
