We are seeking a dedicated Term TimeEarly Years Practitioner to join our team in Stanah, near Cleveleys. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week, specifically during Term Time, and provides an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children.
Responsibilities:
Child Development: Foster the physical, emotional, and social development of children in the Early Years age group.
Planning and Implementing Activities: Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Observation and Assessment: Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and tailor activities to individual needs.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and clean environment for children, following health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience working in an Early Years setting.
Passion: Genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their development.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Initiative: Demonstrate initiative and creativity in planning and implementing activities.
Working Hours:
The position is part-time, with 24 hours per week during Term Time only. The specific working hours can be discussed during the interview process.
Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this role is competitive, ranging from GBP10.42 to GBP11 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
