Position Overview:
We are actively recruiting dedicated Early Years Teachers to fill long-term positions in primary schools throughout Sheffield. The successful candidates will play a key role in fostering a positive and enriching learning environment for young students, utilizing their expertise in Early Years education to make a lasting impact on the academic journey of our future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Early Years students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student development and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support the overall educational experience.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience working with Early Years students in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
