Your new schoolAre you an Early Years Teacher looking for a new challenge and opportunity? Do you have experience in preparing pupils for their journey into Key Stage 1? If so, you might be interested in joining the Hays Education Supply Team working with schools across Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley.
Your new role We are looking for an Early Years Teacher who can work on a long-term or day-to-day supply basis. You will be able to confidently teach those in Early Years and be flexible, depending on the needs of the school. For long-term supply, you will be responsible for planning, delivering lessons and activities, and providing feedback and support.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to have:A qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalentA valid enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain oneA proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomesA strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworksA flexible and adaptable approach to working in different schools and settingsGood communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to continuous professional development and improvement2 years’ worth of child-related references
