Your new company This brilliant nursery is located in Worthing and is looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher to join them working full time or part time. The nursery has recently opened as an extension to the company who already has nurseries across West Sussex. They are a full time nursery, open five days a week, for fifty one weeks of the year. The benefits of the role include casual dress, company pension, employee discount and sick pay. Your new role Your new role will be working as an Early Years Teacher. You will be assisting with the day to day running of the classes, supporting the students and using your initiative to help them succeed. Your new role will be working Monday to Friday, for 9.5 hour shifts, full time and part time applicants are both welcome. As part of your role you will be delivering the highest education standards and care, ensuring you have a thorough knowledge of Policies and Procedures and child development. You will deliver and support the delivery of the curriculum to ensure a child-centred approach within the nursery. You will also support observing and planning to meet the needs of all children in line with the Quality Assurance Framework. What you\'ll need to succeed This nursery is looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent team working skills, to work with the wider team to support the children in their care. They will need to be able to be creative and nurturing when supporting children. You will need to have excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements. You will need to have a desire and passion for ongoing learning and personal development. You will need to have either Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or qualified teacher status (QTS). All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check. What you\'ll get in return Flexible working options available.
