Early Years Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support in Early Years classrooms, assisting teachers and engaging with young learners.
- Create an inspiring and nurturing learning environment for children in Newham.
- Collaborate with the Early Years teaching team to implement effective learning strategies.
- Previous experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant.
- Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with young children.
- A passion for fostering positive early learning experiences.
