We are currently seeking a full-time Early Years Trainer located in Northampton. Our client are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join their team and manage a caseload of learners right through to end point assessment. They are an award winning, grade 2 Ofsted provider and operate nation wide, providing people with training opportunities to support with personal and professional development. Your role will include delivering Early Years apprenticeships from level 2 to level 5 to adult learners. Responsibilities
- Supporting a caseload of learners within your region, both in-person and remotely
- Deliver effective training in Early Years so learners are gaining new skills and knowledge
- Coming up suitable solutions for learners to ensure they have an optimal experience, fostering their interests and career development
- Utilising an e-portfolio system to efficiently manage the learner journey
- Support learners with functional skills
- Arrange 1 to 1 and group sessions for learners and support with various topics within Early Years, providing them with relevant tools for learning.
- Possession of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or an equivalent
- Occupational proficiency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification such as TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA would be advantageous
- A teaching qualification like AET, PTLLS would be beneficial
- Previous experience in establishing and overseeing your own caseload
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Competence in IT with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
