NJR are currently working with a great independent company who has both B2C and B2B channels. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Ecommerce Administrator to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person with experience of working within either a retailer or supplier.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products (written content and imagery stock) are listed and optimised to the highest standards, conforming to the standards and regulations of each marketplace.
- Assist with launching and managing products on Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other targeted marketplaces worldwide.
- Create digital assets such as web banners and infographics.
- Monitor product listings to help produce reports to measure performance and make recommendations for change.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure our content is up with industry trends.
- General admin duties within E-commerce team and as and when needed in other areas of the business
- Completion and data input for all product upload documents and platform upload for key accounts
- Review customer websites for adherence to brands guidelines for product listings
- Follow up with correct team internally with non-compliance (on above) and/ or instructions for amends needed
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an Ecommerce role with knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Shopify. Excellent communication skills are key and you will be adept across all social media channels. Candidates with copywriting experience will be of particular interest.
