As an eCommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the online platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities in the position of eCommerce Assistant:
Product Management and Upload: You will be responsible for managing product inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and uploading new products to our website and app. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain consistency and accuracy across our platforms.
Site and App Maintenance: Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the functionality of our website and mobile app. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring smooth navigation, and optimizing user experience.
Promotional Trading Plan: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. This includes planning and implementing discounts, special offers, and other promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Seasonal Navigation: Assist in updating our website and app with relevant seasonal content, ensuring a fresh and appealing look that aligns with current trends and customer preferences.
On-site Content Management: Take ownership of managing and updating on-site content, including product descriptions, images, videos, and blog posts. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual presentation throughout the website and app.
Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. This includes providing support and gathering feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
Agile Approach: Embrace an agile approach to work, adapt quickly to changes, and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced eCommerce environment.To be considered for the position of eCommerce Assistant, you will offer the following:
At least 1 year operating at the same level in another in an eCommerce or digital marketing role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
Familiarity with website analytics tools and ability to analyze data to drive insights and improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
