Ecommerce Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Ecommerce BA / PM to join our team. This is a brand new role to support our expanding business.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 configurations, including customer, tax, product, coupons etc
• Highly skilled at taking draft requirements and turning them into technical, testable, deliverable specifications for developers to work against
• Intermediate in Jira workflow management
• Ideally both agency and merchant side experience
• Experienced interfacing with the wider business (marketing, customer services, operations etc) and managing development teams (nearshore and offshore)
• Firm understanding of digital marketing from an operational point of view, e.g. why we use data feeds, GTM, CRO etc
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve queries around coupons, shipping, product configurations etc

Whilst this will mainly be a remote role, you will be required to spend some time in our Northampton office on a regular basis so it is important that you are able to travel to our offices.

Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000pa dependent on experience

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days with length of service)
