What we expect from you:
Are you passionate about e-commerce and skilled in crafting compelling content? We are on the lookout for a talented E-commerce Content Writer to join our dynamic team! If you have a talent for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to captivate audiences through your words, then this opportunity is for you.

As a Content Writer for JoJo you will be apart of the friendly and talented E-commerce team, where you will create and ,communicate to Next, JoJo Content for the blog and all areas of the UK website. This is a pivotal role as a gaurdian of the newly launched brand storytelling and tone of voice.

What we expect from you:


Blog

  • Own the blog content schedule as part of the wider trade marketing calendar supporting trade priorities and optimising the website to improve SEO performance.
  • Create and brief all on-site long form blog content & buying guides to creative services team.#
  • Generate content that engages current customers as well as introducing new customers to the brand
  • Generating shared blogging opportunities

Landing pages and other content

  • With Next Content Executive Identify the opportunity for additional content site wide
  • Confident working with an in-house CMS + working with Data Warehouse team on identifying company-wide improvements to in-house CMS.
  • Confident working with external teams to understand, learn, and improve processes.

Product Descriptions and Content

  • With Next team Ensure all product descriptions for all sites are up to date, accurate and SEO friendly
  • With Next team Take full ownership of product descriptions, coordinating the collection of all required data from all relevant departments
  • Reporting and communication
  • Communicate all blog posts and new blog features to the department
  • Write copy for all customer touchpoints, including but not limited to: Emails, Push Notifications, Guides, Storefronts, In-store signage, adhoc packaging requests.
  • Support PR and retail teams with in-store and external campaigns.
  • Confident working with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Be a tone of voice and brand guidelines champion by sharing best practices company-wide and identifying areas of improvement.

SEO

  • With Next SEO executive ensure all meta data and landing page content is ready for Next to launch new seasons.
  • With Next SEO team, write SEO-optimised product landing page descriptions to increase site visibility.
