Job description

The Ecommerce Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to Scope’s Ecommerce team and online customers. 

Salary: Starting salary of £19,838 (pro rata) with progression as we train you.

Permanent - Part time, 15 hours per week

Location:  Based at Scope’s Ecommerce Hub (Westlink business park, Unit 19-20, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX) and some of the hours can also be worked at home. 


The role

The postholder will carry out important administrative tasks such as answering and resolving online customer queries as well as those generated by Scope’s finance and stock management systems.

Flexibility will be required as hours will be worked according to a rota and there will be some evening and weekend work and also to provide ad-hoc hands-on support as required by the wider Ecommerce team.


About you

You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships at all levels.

You will possess great attention to detail as the role includes data entry and you will have excellent Customer Service skills as you will be dealing with online customers and the wider ecommerce team.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Teams.
