7 April 2024 Are you an analyst with a talent for finding patterns in data to make accurate decisions? Do you enjoy spotting opportunities in data and storytelling?
As an eCommerce Data Analyst you will be responsible for generating insight to put accurate and qualified opportunities into the hands of key stakeholders to make informed decisions.
You will work closely with squad owners and stakeholders across the eCommerce horizontal and also with the wider business.
- Use data to build, spot and act on opportunities to optimise customer or operational experience
- Communicate continuous opportunities to enhance business performance through innovative use of analytical techniques and storytelling
- Analyse and communicate tests and trial outcomes, with clarity and clear recommendations
- Provide support to the wider eCommerce team in delivering honest growth through positive change
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Azure technology, SQL, Power BI etc. or similar
- Aptitude to model data, formulate conclusions and present opportunities effectively across the eCommerce horizontal
- Passion to solve complex problems with a keen eye to spot anomalies within large datasets.
- Forward-thinking mindset with ability to make decisions and adapt plans accordingly.
- Fully conversant in analytics and statistical concepts.
- Good organisational skills
