• Someone who is data driven, hands on and loves to get under the hood.
• Doesn't like to spend time in meetings - this is not a traditional manager role, this is a doing role.
• Has experience of high ticket value online sales - with a relatively low rate of repeat sales
• Has optimised websites specifically checkout funnels and product pages.
• Knows Google Ads expertly
• Has been responsible for sales targets and contribution margins
• Has 5+ years in ecommerce/Digital Marketing
• Highly market-aware, with a commitment to regularly reviewing competitor offers and strategies to stay ahead in the market

Job Description:

• Lead website sales and margin growth
• Create and execute Digital Marketing strategies - mainly PPC and SEO
• Improve website functionality for more sales
• Manage traffic campaigns specifically Google Ads and SEO

• Monitor performance metrics, providing regular reports on progress towards sales and margin goals.
