SalaryI have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Executive to join this growing multi brand business based in Old Trafford.
The Ecommerce Executive will play a key role in supporting the Ecommerce Manager in the management and growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.This position is responsible for executing Ecommerce strategies, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their online platforms, and contributing to the overall success of the Ecommerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to execute Ecommerce strategies
· Assist in managing the daily operations of the Ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
· Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to analyse market trends and implement strategies to enhance online sales and conversion rates.
· Support marketing and sales teams in driving online traffic and revenue.
· Contribute to planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising strategies.
· Working closely with Customer Service to improve the CX across our sites.
· Utilise analytics to track performance, generate reports, and collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to make data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with the creative team to optimise product & landing pages to enhance user experience.
· Monitor and analyse the customer journey, using the data to suggest improvements to drive conversion and inform the website strategy.
What we are looking for in you:
· Prior experience in e-commerce company or a similar role is a plus.
· Proficient in Shopify and use of apps, Microsoft Clarity and Excel. Preferrable, but not a necessity.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and contribute to informed decisions.
· Detail-oriented with effective project management and organisational abilities.
· Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
