This business is the number 1 brand in their category in the UK, having achieved 350% growth since 2018 and exciting NPD plans coming in to 2024. The business has strong listings across UK Grocery, High Street and all major online beauty retailers!
Due to amazing growth and an internal promotion, the business is hiring for an Ecommerce Executive to join their Marketing team! Reporting directly to the Marketing Controller, you will be tasked with growing online presence, contributing to developing the Ecommerce strategy and owning the delivery of Ecommerce activities on and off site.
As an Ecommerce Executive you will...
- Manage the Ecommerce site both on UK and US markets (with recent New York expansion)
- Plan and implement onsite merchandising and content management
- Develop and excecute the weekly trading plan, to optimise traffic acquisition, conversion and user experience
- Management of digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display and email marketing
- Supporting the Sales and wider Commercial function as/when required

To be an Ecommerce Executive you will need...
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience with site maintenance is a must
- Ideally experience working within the health & beaty or consumer goods industry
- To be inquisitive, methodical and detail orientated
- Great communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience of Magento is preferred
