Ecommerce Executive

Our client is a leading consumer brand that has gone through significant growth and is looking to grow the digital team with the appointment of an Ecommerce Executive.
Duties -
- Manage/support the execution of onsite content, campaigns and trading activity
- Work closely with marketing and CRM to ensure content and messaging is on brand and aligned across all channels
- Provide robust reporting and analysis to support decision making both within the immediate team and the wider team
- Identify opportunities to improve onsite conversion and trading performance through analysis of customer onsite behaviour, with data from Google Analytics
- Trade the site to ensure product/category performance is maximised, optimising search results and product recommendations
- Work closely with the digital change team to constantly improve conversion. Work with CRO agency to improve suggest UX improvements based on competitor research and industry best practice
Requirements -
- At least two years B2C ecommerce experience
- A strong commercial mindset and customer first approach
- Excellent data and analytics skills, with confident use of Excel to manipulate data into meaningful insight
- Experience using Google Analytics is essential and understanding of Hot jar, Search Metrics, Moz is advantageous
- Highly organised and methodical with ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced business
