Our client is a highly reputable and successful business operating within the FMCG space and on the lookout for a talented Ecommerce Lead.
The role will suit someone with people management experience (as it will manage a team of 5) as well as a strong communicator and relationship builder.

Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee the management and optimisation of the company’s B2C and B2B eCommerce websites and corporate sites.
- Monitor and analyse performance, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce initiatives and projects.
- Lead and manage the eCommerce team to drive key objectives and support team growth as our business expands.
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling online campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Demonstrable skills in the latest e-commerce, web, app, and data technologies and analytics.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of eCRM initiatives to enhance customer retention and maximise revenue.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to embrace and drive change.
- At least 3 years of previous experience within eCommerce in a similar role or a role leading up to this level.
