Exciting Career Opportunity: e-Commerce Programme Manager – Lead the Digital Future
Do you want to join an expanding team in a pivotal position that will shape the digital landscape of this company? As the e-Commerce Programme Manager, you'll spearhead the Website and Product Life Cycle Transformation Programme. This critical role is at the heart of an ambitious strategy, aimed at expanding reach across Europe and significantly boosting revenue streams. You will be the driving force behind introducing new systems and evolving working methodologies.

Location: Hybrid 3 days in client site.
Salary: c £80,000 - £95,000 pa plus bens neg on experience.
Duration: Permanent post
Your Mission:
* Strategic Leadership: Guide the complete lifecycle of the Transformation Programme, from inception to completion.
* Collaborative Planning: Work closely with key stakeholders to crystallise the programme’s scope, objectives, and benchmarks for success.
* Agile Advocate: Champion agile methodologies, ensuring the programme’s execution and delivery are both flexible and efficient.
* Team Empowerment: Motivate and support cross-functional agile teams, focusing on incremental value delivery in digital initiatives.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, keeping the programme on a steadfast course.
* Innovation Catalyst: Instil a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, spearheading the adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions and practices.
* Progress Monitoring: Maintain transparency with stakeholders through regular updates on progress, hurdles, and achievements.
* Interdepartmental Harmony: Establish robust communication channels to foster collaboration and shared responsibility.
* Vendor Collaboration: Integrate external solutions by partnering with vendors and optimising their contributions to the programme.
* Outcome-Driven: Prioritise early benefit realisation, focusing on the tangible outcomes and advantages the programme aims to deliver.
Your skillset:
* Experience: Proven track record in managing complex e-commerce transformation programmes , using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
* Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide diverse teams.
* Digital Mastery: A profound understanding of digital technology trends and best practices.
* Project Management Prowess: Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
* Communication Skills: Strong abilities in communicating complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
* Qualifications: Relevant PPM qualifications or equivalent experience.
* Problem-Solving Mind: A flexible mindset adept at overcoming challenges and adapting to evolving requirements.
* B2C Experience: Previous leadership in B2C Programme environments is a plus.
