eCommerce Project Manager – EDI

Salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Ashford, with hybrid working (2 days in Ashford)

This is a perfect role if you have a passion for working with people and systems, and enjoy being involved in a portfolio of projects. This role is key to understanding our customer ecommerce objectives and requirements, identifying the appropriate solutions, and project manage the implementation through to a successful end result.

This is a great role for someone who has technical ability combined with the human skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders to inspire confidence and deliver projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work in partnership with customers to fully understand their ecommerce objectives and requirements
  • Identify the key components of the ecommerce solution including EDI, punchout, data API’s that best fit customer objectives
  • Project manage the customers through the implementation approach, including customer onboarding and minimising cost
  • Continually develop the understanding of ecommerce within Brakes by partnering with departmental managers and account managers

What we are looking for;

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer focussed role
  • Ability to communicate and work with people at all levels
  • The capacity to understand systems and processes
  • Ability to influence customer decisions regarding use of specific ecommerce solutions
  • Project management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience within an ecommerce environment
