Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our dynamic team. The ECT will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children in secondary schools, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities that foster children's growth and development.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment conducive to exploration, creativity, and discovery.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and identifying areas for individualized support or enrichment.
  • Plan and conduct parent-teacher conferences, providing feedback on children's development and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Stay current with best practices and trends in early childhood education, participating in professional development opportunities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to child safety, health, and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Certification or eligibility for certification as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) according to local regulations.
  • Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing needs.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children and families.
