ABOUT THE JOB:
Our client is hiring an eDiscovery Consultant for a permanent role in our Litigation team. Uniquely positioned to offer data services externally and internally, we seek a professional with expertise in eDiscovery. The role involves designing workflows, providing technical guidance, and creating marketing collateral. It plays a crucial part in our strategy to blend legal expertise with data-driven solutions.
ROLE PURPOSE:
As a senior-level position reporting to the Global Head of eDiscovery Consulting, this role encompasses diverse responsibilities. From delivering top-notch customer service and expert technical guidance to designing efficient workflows and presenting education sessions, the eDiscovery Consultant is central to our global strategy.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service ethos
- Advanced knowledge of the entire EDRM
- Extensive experience with Relativity (Relativity Master preferred)
- Deep understanding of forensic data collection tools
- Hands-on experience with data processing tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work beyond office hours occasionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Law, or a relevant discipline advantageous
