Sleeper Media is looking to strengthen its editorial team to support its next phase of growth.
As the leading B2B media brand for the hospitality design industry, our portfolio includes market-leading magazines Sleeper, Supper and Starboard; events such as the AHEAD Awards and Sleeper Sessions; as well as data-provider and online news platform THP (TopHotelProjects).
Based at Strawberry Studios Stockport, successful candidates will have a proven track record in print publishing and / or digital media. They will be hardworking, self-motivated, highly organised and willing to work flexibly to maintain the standards we have established over thirty years in trade publishing.
The roles involve planning, writing and uploading editorial content, helping build online presence, and page layout / graphic design in collaboration with our in-house production team, as well as representing the brand at industry conferences and exhibitions worldwide. Candidates should also be comfortable interviewing / networking with senior level executives. Relevant experience in hosting and moderating talks / conference panels is also desirable.
A close working relationship with the advertising team to develop client partnerships and help drive the publication commercially, and with our partner company THP based in Germany, will be an important part of these roles.
