Empowering Learning is currently seeking dedicated and passionate Educational Healthcare Assistants to join our team for a full-time role in Slough. This rewarding position involves working within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school environment, supporting children with diverse needs such as ASD, PMLD, SLD.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to children with special educational needs- Assist with personal care, feeding, and wheelchair handling- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
Requirements:- Willingness to work with children with ASD, PMLD, SLD, SEMH- Proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children- Experience in a SEN setting is desirable but not essential- Ability to handle personal care, feeding, and wheelchair handling- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
