Education Mental Health Practitioner - Aylesbury/Amersham

With the role involving working with children and young people in their school setting, you will ideally have had experience of working with children and young people in a healthcare or education setting. The role involves working with school staff in order to support the Mental Health of children and young people, as well as liaising with a wide variety of agencies and stakeholders.To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and a team player. As well as holding an Educational Mental Health Practitioner qualification, you will also have experience of working with children and young people and their families.
