Purpose and Function of PostTo develop, manage and deliver an Education programme linking the Seamus Heaney HomePlace, with the landscape of the area and the community, ensuring that all sectors are provided with the quality learning opportunities required to sustain an internationally renowned arts and cultural venue and world class visitor attraction.To develop and produce a range of education resources which fully complement the exhibition and arts and cultural programme of HomePlace as well as the landscape of HomeGround, and provide assistance in the delivery of the curriculum across all the Key Stages.To build and develop relationships within the education sector, locally, nationally and internationally to enhance the visitor experience and ensure the long term sustainability of HomePlace and its outreach programmes.In addition to the standard pre-employment checks, these positions will also be subject to receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced with the Barred List Access (NI) check, in accordance with Access NI Code of Practice. .
