The Essex branch here at Academics are seeking an experienced or trainee Recruitment Consultant to work with Secondary Schools across Essex.

This role is equally rewarding as it is challenging and for the right person could provide great job & financial satisfaction.

* £25,000 - £45,000 salary (DOE)
* £30,000 - £70,000 OTE in 1st year
* Chelmsford, Essex Location

Due to the expansion of our Essex branch, Academics are seeking an additional Education Recruitment Consultant to join us ASAP to work with Secondary Schools across Essex and Suffolk.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant You Will:
- Master your expertise to couple top-tier Teachers & Support Staff with Secondary Schools in Essex, making a concrete impact on the education system
- Cultivate lasting relationships with Secondary schools and becoming their trusted partner in their recruitment process/ solutions
- Provide personalised support to candidates, guiding them through every step of their career journey with care and professionalism
- Stay ahead of industry trends, offering innovative solutions that drive success for both educators and schools.
