Education Support Administrator

Join our prestigious client, a renowned college of the University of London and the UK's foremost academic research hub. We're currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Temporary Education Support Administrator, starting immediately. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with an initial duration until July. The role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely or to adopt a hybrid model, splitting time between Chelsea or Sutton offices.

Immediate duties consist of the following; however, it's important to note that these may expand over time, given the highly interactive nature of the role:

Registry:

• Efficiently managing emails in education operations and admissions mailboxes, including proposing replies and actions.
• Coordinating vivas and Senior Tutor meetings, handling logistical challenges with ease.

Library:

• Facilitating inter-library loans by requesting and sending materials as needed.
• Ensuring permissions are up to date on the research sample tracking system.

General:

• Assisting with team recruitment efforts
• Setting up accounts on e-learning systems as required
• Updating content on the public website and intranet
• Recording action items from informal meetings

To be considered, You Must Have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a university or non-profit organisation.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload, work well under pressure, and maintain flexibility.
• Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivation and technical proficiency, capable of delivering results promptly.
