Education Tech Account Manager / Ed Tech / Software Sales Manager / Pro Suite

Role: Education Tech Account Manager 

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 & £40,00 OTE

Location: Remote based, travel to client sites around the UK when required. (Travel expenses covered)

Skills and Experiences; (Not limited to)

• Must have experience working with or dealing with higher education organisations such as universities.
• Ideally with have experience selling software solutions.
• Any knowledge of Pro Suite would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• As an Account Manager, you will manage relationships across a complex portfolio.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to close.
• Actively generate and close opportunities within the existing customer base
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or year.
• Develop and maintain account plans to achieve individual sales target.

Qualifications:

• Evidence of experience working with or within Further Education.
• A deep understanding of the operational complexities of colleges (i.e. regulations, governance, funding etc).
• Account Managers will have strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A proven track-record of success sales within a complex client portfolio, or significant evidence of successfully delivering complex projects on time.
• Effective communication and time management skills
