Salary Range: £13 - £14 per hour

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

As an Educational Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of secondary school students. Your responsibilities as an Educational Support will encompass assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, providing targeted support to students, and fostering an environment conducive to academic achievement.
The ideal candidate for this Educational Support position will bring relevant experience, a keen understanding of secondary education dynamics, and a commitment to empowering students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

1. The Educational Support will actively engage in classroom activities, collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
2. an Educational Support, you will provide individualised support to students, reinforcing concepts, and helping them navigate academic challenges with confidence.
3. Your role extends beyond academics to include providing positive behavioural guidance, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages students to excel both in and out of the classroom.
4. Contribute to the organisation and preparation of teaching materials, ensuring that the classroom is well-equipped to facilitate effective learning experiences for teachers and students alike.
5. Work closely with teaching staff and fellow Educational Supports, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall educational experience for secondary school students.
