Position: Educational Support
Salary Range: £13 - £14 per hour

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

As an Educational Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of secondary school students. Your responsibilities as an Educational Support will encompass assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, providing targeted support to students, and fostering an environment conducive to academic achievement.
The ideal candidate for this Educational Support position will bring relevant experience, a keen understanding of secondary education dynamics, and a commitment to empowering students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Educational Support will actively engage in classroom activities, collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- an Educational Support, you will provide individualised support to students, reinforcing concepts, and helping them navigate academic challenges with confidence.
- Your role extends beyond academics to include providing positive behavioural guidance, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages students to excel both in and out of the classroom.
- Contribute to the organisation and preparation of teaching materials, ensuring that the classroom is well-equipped to facilitate effective learning experiences for teachers and students alike.
- Work closely with teaching staff and fellow Educational Supports, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall educational experience for secondary school students.
