Your Role: As an EHCP Coordinator, you will: ?? Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students. ?? Monitor and review the progress of students with EHCPs, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. ?? Advocate for the individual needs of students, ensuring that they receive the support required for their academic and emotional development. ?? Establish and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, fostering a network of support for students and their families.

Requirements: ? Relevant experience in coordinating EHCPs, preferably in an SEMH school setting ? Understanding of the unique needs of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
