We are looking to appoint a EHCP Coordinator to join our team based at our Sutton Coldfield Campus.
We are seeking an individual to liaise with a diverse range of external agencies, such as schools and colleges, f to assist the smooth transition of learners with high learning needs into BMet. The responsibilities include ensuring that reviews and plans for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) are conducted in accordance with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reforms and guidance, thereby fostering a supportive environment for the integration of students into BMet.
