Job Location: The Roundhouse, Derby
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £28,703 per annum pro rata, actual salary £23,273

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EHCP Coordinator to join our team at the Roundhouse Campus. You will play a key role in facilitating effective transition for young people joining our provision, and in the management and coordination of EHCP processes. The successful candidate will be experienced in the management of Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) and supporting young people through transition across educational settings.
